Mend Britony Combi Boiler Central Heating No Hot Water

no hot water on my britony combi?

I am getting no hot water from my britony combi boiler the CH works fine but when i turn the tap on no hot comes out

when i have it set to hot water only the boiler ignights as if it is working

its not the flow switch, if it was it wouldn't fire up when you turned the tap on. it will be the diverter valve which is located in the lower left hand corner

one of my customers had this prob few months ago, the flow switch needs changing, simple job if u look in your manual, it gives u step by step guide.
