ariston margherita A1324 HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM?

i cant get any water to go in to the washing machine and i have tried eveything you can think of please help

-I had a similar problem with Ariston A1324
-machine stopped mid cycle with water in machine
- turn off and disconnect
- remove front bottom skirt (ease off from sides by inserting a wide blade screwdriver)
-Raise machine if poss on phone books or like, to get receptacle under water outlet
- open circular cover to pump
- water may gush out quickly so put tray and paper down under outlet
- be careful with fingers in outlet to find possible obstruction
- fiddle around inside pump blades to find blockage (in our case 2 coins and a bit of sock!)
- close circular cover
- try again
