how can i fix my ariston a1535b washing machine ?

the dial with the different washing seqences keeps clicking onto the next one and doesn't complete the wash. What can the problem be ?

You need to empty the filter. At the front of the machine on the right hand side right at the bottom is a screw plug. Undo it and let the water drain out. Then remove any rubbish that has collected inside. Normally coins and things. Put plug back in and all should be well.
