How can I obtain replacement seals for my Profile 22 Double glazing?

Double Glazing fitted in my home 5 years ago . Firm now in receivership, however , I am trying to source Black seals around the framework of back patio doors ,to fit myself
Frame is Profile 22 23 2207 if this helps
