Mend Mikomi M6225 Installed Years Ago

mikomi web cam installed but no picture?

i bought a web cam 2 years ago same thing as happened this time with the mikomi M6225 model. Both times i have installed software successfully but can't recieve a picture just a black sreen. There can't be anything wrong with the cameras it must be my pc, could somebody help please.
