Mend Potterton Ultra 2 Boiler Leaking Pressure

Manual for the Potterton Ultra 2..from a desperate housewife?

I hope someone can help with a site where I can download an instruction manual for the Potterton Ultra 2 boiler..its leaking water from underneath and also the pressure overflow pipe thing, that leads outside ,always drips even though the water pressure gauge is normal. Many thanks.
