loosing pressure due to water leaking out of condinsation pipe.

Worcester Bosch Heating, Home Heating Systems Water Leaking Pipe

You would not loose pressure by water out of condensation pipe. That is for all the water that condenses, (THAT WORD) You need to get rid of it some where, hence the pipe.
Losing pressure is down to a leak in your system.
