how do i remove 2 dvds stuck in playstation 3?

My darling 2 year old shoved what turned out to be 3 in there. I tried tweezers but couldn't get them to open once inserted. I tried the 'added a DVD halfway while it was turned upside down' method. It didn't seem to do anything (there was no noise that it was trying to take a DVD in) but after I took it out. I noticed that the others had pulled out a little bit enough to get a tweezer hold on them. THANKS for these posts!

Try a paint scraper. Much faster.

Get 2 small flat wooden sticks like come in icy poles / ice blocks (we often call them paddle pop sticks).

Stick one in the DVD slot near the middle angled up, the other just next to it angled down.

Bring the two together so they're one over the other and pinch the DVDs between them and pull the sticks back out the slot. Might take a few tries but you should get them out.

Failing that you can pull the case off the PS3, pull the case off the Bluray drive, then pull the DVDs out manually, but that's way more involved and will void your warranty!

Hi ! I work on car radios and I get some with two cd,s. stuck in unit. this works some times. Make sure the ps3 is turned on,hold a cd (dont let it go in the unit all the way) have someone hold the ps3, in their hands with the slot facing downward. let the third cd go in part way, (holding on to it)then push the eject button and at the same time pull out the cd. (lightly tapping on the back of the ps3, at the same time,this may help the second cd,come out. Try to use an old cd, because this may scratch them. If this does not work,its time to take the covers off the ps3. good-luck! Keith.
