how can i fix my iitronics imp-65 mp3 player?

when i add music to he mp3 player it appears to go on alright and takes up space, however when i look for the music it says no files. even in the root directory, can anyone help with this? please help me as its a present.

make sure that you are looking for music files not voice files. goto the menu move to music and press M this worked for my MP3
