how can i download files onto my iitronics mp3 player?

i bought sn iitronics 2gb mp3 player a few months ago and it wont let me download any tracks. only a few have been downloaded successfully but whenever i try to download some tracks, it says that the directory or file can not be created. this is the case with most tracks that i have treid to download. i dont know what to do...please help...i would be very greatful if you could send me an answer to my email address: fouziya_asim@hotmail.co.uk

I have just been volunteered to download some music on to a friends iitronics 512k player, an dmet the same problem. It seems that if you download single tracks, each one becomes a new folder, and only 99 are allowed. So you have to put tracks you want into separate folders (to a maximum of 99 in each folder). Then click and drag the completed folders separately across to your iitronics. Worked on my friends!!! Good luck.
