Veh is 23 months old and when iuse the rear washer the water does not go onto the window it just pours inside the windscreen - Is this covered under warranty anyone any ideas of the prob
If you look at the washer closley you should see that the injector pulls out of the bodywork where you can get at the pipe supply.These dony come apart very often but maybe frost or fault caused this.If you cant remove injector then remove plastic covers at the top of the tail and get at this from there.

it sound like the plastic pipe has come of somewhere usually at a t piece or onto the washer jet you will need to gain acess to the jet and just push the pipe back onto the jet they are just a push fit.
