handbrake ldv 400?

I found this to do do mine..Slacken the handbrake adjustment off,then remove the rubber bung from the rear of the backplate and insert a 40 thou feeler blade through the hole in the backplate between the rear brakeshoe and the brake drum.Remove the bottom rubber bung to reveal the adjuster,click the adjuster up till the feeler blade is a tight fit to push in and out,do the same on the other side then re adjust the cable.
