this is nothing to do with head cleaning - in all my years as a tech i have never heard of using a head cleaner tape to cure a bad mech, which is what's up here. the deck timing is out or the mode switch needs changing. get it to a tech.

try and clean the heads if u can take off the caseing take a small paint brush and clean the dust out of the video hope that help u can buy a tape head cleaner from a pound shop just as good as the dear ones
