Mend Packard Bell Cd 1 2 Pc

how do i get hold of a "master cd 1 and 2" for my PC?

I have a packard bell (unsure of model) pc with windows 2000 me professional edition. The PC crashed and wouldnt boot up so i used a "nuke" disk to clear the hard drive. I then used the Packard dell recovery boot disk (red one).After the initial boot up it then asked me to "Please insert Master CD1" I do not possess one of these and neither do I know where to acquire one. Any ideas anyone please?

If you did not get the CDs with the box you need to go to DSG (Dixons Stores Group) or pakard Bell UK.
