is there a online manuel for trasit vans? heater not working?

trying to find an online manuel so i can fix my blow heater,heater seems to work but only cold air coming out.

heater might be blocked take off heater pipes & run hose pipe though them might clean out matrix, or cable to heater hot/cold might have come off but unlightly,good luck,
