My freezer keeps leeking water when opening the door?

Check that the door is closing properly ie. there is no air getting into the freezer.
That the freezer is not overloaded, a frost free needs air circulation around the food, if food is too tightly packed it will cause this to happen
The defrost heaters are not working, if the ice is not defrosting and draining away it will overflow into the freezer.
