Beko american fridge freezer water leak?

I have noticed a small puddle of water under the front of the freezer door. This happends from time to time. Inside the freezer at the very bottom there is a draw, and it gets frozen up so i can't move the draw at all. When i clean out the ice, the leak stops for a while, till another build up of ice. What is causing this? Can it be fixed?

I have exactly the same issue as you had; water leaks from freezer door and the bottom draw is iced up. Did you ever find out what the problem was or get it fixed?
