Mend Baxi 552 Boiler Hot Water Blockage

baxi 552 boiler no hot water?

will draining and trying to free sludge between boiler and hot water cylinder with flexible wire possibly clear a blockage - cleaner put in waiting another week to drain .We are lost -what else can we do.PLEASE HELP

HAVE I TO DRAIN THE SYSTEM TO GET AIR LOCK OUT.ONLT DRAIN IS BY PUMP NO DIVERTER VALVE OR BLEED IN SYSTEM

Hi Dave, if you have a fully pumped system you need to make sure the pump is working, also check that any zone /diverter valves are working correctly.
If the hot water is a gravity system you may have an airlock in the flow or return.
