Has the TV received a physical shock, possibly dropped?
The symptoms provided seem consistent with this.
The color problem sounds like the convergence is out of alignment and the buzzing, (if a low pitched harsh buzz) would indicate loose scal coils or other loose coil.
Both the convergence magnets and scan coil yoke are adjacent to each other on the neck of the cathode ray tube.
Most modern crt's convergence is non adjustable, factory set and sealed. In any case, if adjustable convergence magnets were found on the tube neck, they also should be already set and sealed as would be the scan coils.
If it is convergence error the individual colors red, green and blue will be visible outlining the images. Focus is always less perfect at the corners of a picture than the centre and misconvergence will make it appear worse.
Large patches of incorrect color at the edge of the picture could be due to a magnetised tube, usually due to failure of the Positor (an inexpensive component). This sounds a bit more serious.
