Mend GE 21018GE3 Phone Registration

My Phone GE 21018GE3 Cordless Phone says that it needs registration?

How can I register the phone. This happen when we put it on the wrong charger, I currently have 4 hadsets need help.

All DECT phones work in the same way so here are some generic instructions. Work your way through the handet menu until you have set it to 'registation'. (If you are asked for a PIN try 0000 or 9999. Then press the "Find Handset" or "Intercom" or what have you button on the base station for about two seconds. That should do it.
