how do you replace a cam belt & water pump on a 214 rover 1997?

i need advise.can you help me change a cam belt and water pump on a 97 rover 214 si pls.

You get a garage to do it i have just changed 1 on a 96 last of the old shape never again you need to take the top engine mount off expansion tank and power stering tank
