Mend Aquatronic W9500S Shower Head

How can I get a new bar to fix my Aquatronic shower head to?

I have moved a good Aquatronic W9500S shower from one room to another and have lost part of the fixing for sliding the shower head up and down - notably one of the plastic parts at the top/bottom that fixes it to the wall.
