Central heating air returns after regular bleeding?

I regularly have to vent one upstairs radiator. It's a fully pumped system with a two-way valve CH/HW. Header tank is full, so I am puzzled where the air can be entering on such a regular basis ? All other rads and HW are fine.

Many thanks ... would raising the vent pipe by approx 30cm (max distance to roof) be likely to help significantly ?
