Mend Vauxhall Omega 2.5 V6 CDX Heating Thermostat Radiator

my vauxhall omega 2.5 v6 cdx only blows cold air?

hi somebody help had it in a garage could not find any problem all the pipes are hot thermostats ok long journeys the heating gets luke warm that is it somebody mentioned the heater matrix beside the bulk head any ideas done all the radiator flush lark as well it is duel climate as well
