how hard is it to change a head gasket on a peugeot?

first water belongs in the rad. if water is gettin into the oil -the oils getting to look like maonase and the oil is goin up wile the waters dropping uve got a definate head gas. leak unfortunatly the head is a real weak point on pug's but only gives grief wen its been overheated or no antifreze has been used in the coolent, the thing is changing the gasget may not help as the head is proberbly warped, were talkin big money unless ure friendly with agood greas monkey- how much is the car worth???
