How can I fix my shower?

My electric shower is no longer working, there are no lights displayed. Incidentally, the cord pulley indicates it is on but I cannot change it to off, regardless of how hard I pull. Any suggestions?

i think there may have been a loose connection in your pullswitch which has overheated and melted it . if you dont know anything about electrics i suggest you contact a qualified electrician to fix the problem for you
