how can i fix front brake bleed nipples on peugeot 306?

is there any way to bleed the brakes on a 1.4 (mreg)peugeot 306 after both the front bleed nipples have been broken,or will i have to replace brakes if i do how hard a job is it?

Remove the old nipples with the use of an easiout.
Before you start put a piece of polythene over the brake fluid reservior to minimise brake fluid loss.
Also use a clamp on the brake cable. When both have been done bleed the whole system. You should have clean fluid and no bubbles!
