worcester 9.24 electronic?

The water is coming out cold from my hot water tap, there is quite a good flow

does the green neon come on when you switch central heating on ? if so green neon should come on when you run hot water without heating on. if neon doesnt come on then divertor valve is not responding , usually last 5yrs . Have a service kit fitted or a valve replacement .
