How long does it take to repair GHDs at Jemella?

I have also sent my GHDs off and have just rang them on 0800 7812 781- This number is not the automated answer machine - they will tell you if they have received them. They said that I would need to pay £43 for them to be fixed and that they would give me a new year guarantee.

hi its tony mccann here ..the only negative feedback was when a young girl who said she didnt get her ghds back ..i had to put on this site the recorded delivery 12 digit number ..which proved she got them .she soon addmitted she got them thru embarrassment ..i would appreciate it if you would have consulted me 1st for the truth instead of speakin about me ..im trying to make a buisness here the last thing i would do is rip someone off ,wouldnt be good buisness ..thats why i ask people to send recorded delivery ,for prove.and i send back recorded.sometimes ghds take a while to send back as some people forget to give me there return details which surely cant be might fault..i have fixed every pair i have received about 30 and every 1 seems fine i ask for feedback to improve the buisness ..hopefully .if you need any work doing try me ..oh ghd take about 4/6 weeks ..i fix the same day i receive and send back as soon as funds have cleared all in all about a week ..thankyou for listening tony m
