Mend Ghd Plug Top Work

Ghd plug, broken 3rd (top) prong?

The top prong has broken off, can i use the plug with 2 bottom prongs temporarily? I seems to work like this but don't know anything about electrics and don't want to cause damage?

Please remove the broken plug as it is an adapter inside is an EU two prong plug, you just need a shaver plug or purchase a new EU GHD adapter.
