Hi. I have a Barcalounger power recliner and the back headrest is stuck in the forward position. I've checked the connections and even put the back onto a different chair of the same model. How do you get into the back of the chair without tearing it up so I can check to motor or replace it? The entire thing is upholstered together with no zipper or access point.
