i am not happy about the complaints i read of what barcalounger did or didn't do. so it sounds like we are in same boat, maybe someone can me where i can get new springs. i live in south california, woodland hills

One gets one or even two from ones local upholstery supplier.one will have to buy them so one must take some money with them.

If you haven't already try click find a dealer on their website or do you have furniture repair stores? if so they might be able to get the springs..
Sounds like from what you say UK is not alone in complaints about various crap products and overpricing.
