Indesit 820 won't heat?

I have checked both 'stats, I assumed they make on rise to advance the timer, Like the older Servis models, ( I was a Servis Field Engineer for 4 years in the 80,s) the one with 4 connections is O/c between both sets of terminals and th one with 3 connections is also o/c I am thinking it could be a programmer fault.....

see if you can see the thermostat on the back of the drum it sounds like it is not sending the timer the info req to carry on with the program(replace it)
