How can I mend my stannah 260 remote?

my stannah 260 both remotes have stopped working. I have changed batteries and the handsets are flashing all round. I located the receiver unit on the back of the seat, switched of the power . There are 3 red and one green leds and on the other side of the board is JP1 which as two pins. The green light flashes when the remote is pressed but nothing else happens.......................and suggestions welcome please.
