How can I restart Wallstar Oil Boiler?

Wallstar oil boiler run out of oil so had to bleed out air once tank refilled boiler fired up and all seemed ok until next morning when boiler failed to start tried re bleed as some air in pipe but still would not fire up. Any suggestions ( boiler annually serviced nozzle and electrodes replaced July 2020 )
