Mend Stoves 1100 Sterling Cooker Problem

Stoves cookerhood?

I have a stoves 1100 sterling flat black cooker hood. Problem I think is the pcb, lights work OK it's when you try to switch motor(fan) on all you get is a droning sound and no variable speed sound.
Any idea what the cost would be to repair.? ?
