MY Zanuissi FL 828 has very low motor torque?

The motor on this model has no brushes. FL 828
I had this problem before and the Capacitor 16MF appeared to be the problem, but I did not have a new to fit but I will source next week. I have replaced the motor with another one, the same problem happens.(I fitted an old capacitor) improved but not perfect.
Strangely during the High spin programme the torque is very good ie. is able to drive and spin very well

The Torque problem happens during the normal wash ie clock and anti clock rotation when the clothes are wet and heavy.

hi sorry but this model does not have a capacitor,this sound like the motor brushes are worn out

take the lid off and under the bar across the middle there is a capacitor (16uF ??).this could be weak and faulty
