Mend Fluval Milano 100 Find Fault Fan

How can I find fault for my fluval Milano 100 ?

I put my fluval Milano oven on the fan was spinning slower then my cooker circuit breaker switched off and every time I switch circuit breaker back on,all's fine til I flick cooker switch on.then it trips the circuit breaker again.
