hygena extractor fan not working?

Hygena extractor fan model no APP2520 appears to
have no power, no lights working. Where can I get
manufacturers instructions to get into it to find the fault?

I have the same problem with the same extractor app2520, it just decided to die one day. the power supply & fuse is okay, also checked for lose conections. if something was wrong the fuse should have blown, can anyone confirm if the problem is in the Control PCB requires replacement?
