Repairing seals on a Braun 4736 Rechargeable Toothbrush ?

I notice the if I hold the toothbrush upside down after I use it water drips down the shaft if I do this it works perfect.Are there seals in it that need to be replaced if so How do you do that? other then that it's perfect no battery problems either
