blocking emails?

I have a samsung tablet T 580 on which i have hotmail emailing and cannot block unwanted emails.

Have tried searching and non of instruction match my top line of emails so can't find settings. Its a standard email page with no menu above the page. all there is, is the title of the in coming email and email address so how would I be able to block the unwanted emails.
