: Please. We aren't clairvoyant. We have no idea who made your alarm box, because you didn't bother to say. If we knew, someone might well have suggested you contact the maker, maybe doing a web search to find out contact details. You might possibly have been suggested to find a store or supplier selling similar boxes, again doing a web search if necessary. You could even ask an alarm fitter to look, especially if there is a risk the insides have been damaged by rain, etc.

Come to think of it, every single thing I've said above is what you could do for yourself.
