Replcing worn drivers seat Peugeot 406?

I would like to replace my rather worn driver's seat in my Peugeot 406 which has manual adjustment and side air bag with a secondhand seat in better condition.
There is a problem though as the replacement has electrical controls but is otherwise similar.
Is it practical to change the parts over? I don't need any of the electrical bits except the airbag connections.
