My Bendix BIW 105 has broken down. It will not drain. The electrics seem to?

I have a 10 year old Bendix BIW 105 which has never gone wrong.
Suddenly it will not drain since a power cut during the snow.I may have overloaded it last time when it wouldn,t drain. #I have tested and cleaned the emergency hose and pump connector.
And I tested it yesterday on brief cold programme . Number 13 and waited for half an hour by which time the end light was flashing.
What does this mean please?..... I need a bit of help. It was New 2007
