varies from free, if you are prepared to do a bit of Gooogle searching for yourself first and see if there is any advice or hints available, to a couple of hours work at whatever rate is charged, or a new machine.
On the face of it, E24seems an straightforward problem however the cause can range form a blockeddrain pump and / or drain path, including the hose, to a failed drain pump and / or a control board.

Probably the simplest thing to do is see if there is a blockage in the drain pump (Check the manual or search and download if you dont have one). Dont forget to check the hose as well.
If you are 110% sure all is well, you may need a techie to check the pump - although a visual check may show overheated windings. Then its a case of balancing the likely cost against a new machine (which could have a long warranty if you buy well, from a good supplier)
