Mend Titon TPSRF51 Set Control Reset

how to set the programme for TPSRF51 Boss control unit?

Engineer set our programme for us, we've obviously done something wrong and can"t reset our times no matter how often we try going by the manual. Probably doing something simple wrong but house now freezing.
