The fault is simple it says there is power and yet no buttons work nothing happens when i press buttons and there is now no noise either. Plus if i can get it to work i do not know the code from old owner and would like to change it any ideas
no power means no main supply and the battery is dead so nothing will happen, you have to find out why? blown fuse mcd tripped? the panel may have reverted to the default user code 0123 try that.
