Mend LG Fridge Temperature Defrosting

We have an LG Fridge/Freezer:top half of freezer too warm?

We have an LG Fridge/Freezer with top half of freezer above the shelf not getting to temperature and food is defrosting. Icecube tray not freezing. Under shelf its the right temp?

IF the defrost fan is froze up it won`t turn and it will stay in the defrost mode
