Mend Tefal Express Pro Steam Generator

cannot remove the screw to rinse water reservoir in my Tefal Express Pro?

Hi I have a Tefal Express Pro Steam Generator Iron and I cannot release the screw where the water reservoir is to enable me to rinse out. any help please? I have waited a full day until i have used it for it to incompletely cool.
