Mend Atco B24 Lawn Mower Engine Throttle

Atco B24 runs but when put to drive engine just dies and cuts out?

My Atco does start eventually and ticks over ok but when you raise the throttle too fast it just cuts out, another problem it cuts out when put into drive any help much appreciated, cost me £160 2 months ago to get ruuning right and now its back the way it was before.
